The woman claims that along with helping clear her acne, dog pee also has vitamin A in it, vitamin E in it, and it has 10 grams of calcium, and it’s also supposedly proven to help cure cancer.
Acne is a problem that a lot of people face, sometimes throughout their lives. One woman seems to have found an answer to it all and to have the perfect, natural, ever-glowing skin, but it's something that not all of us can digest, literally. The animal-lover, named Lynn Lew has posted a video where she's revealed the secret to her perfect skin. Warning: this is not what you expect. In the video, Lew is seen collecting fresh, warm urine from her dog, and then DRINKING it, claiming that is what cured her of her acne troubles and gave her the glowing skin she now flaunts. (Try controlling that gag reflex).

What seems baffling is the fact that even though she claims her skin is "glowing", it's quite evident from the video, even though it isn't that clear, that she's got a lot of makeup on her face. She said, “Many of you have asked me how I always look so good, how my makeup always looks so perfect, or how I always have this natural glow.” She then proceeds to hold a plastic cup under her dog as the pooch cocks his leg against a tree to relieve himself.

After she fills the cup with the dog's pee, she proceeds to drink the yellow, frothy and probably warm liquid and does so without so much as wincing. She downs the contents of the whole cup and even licks the rim of the cup like it's that delicious and she just can't get enough of it. She then adds, “Until I first drank my dog’s pee, I was depressed, I was sad, and I had bad acne."
Woman Drinks Dog Urine In Viral Video, Says It Cures Her Bad Acne. The unnamed woman drinks an entire cup of her dog's pee, saying it's the "secret" to her beauty. #Interesting https://t.co/2VpzyTOJgv— INQUISITR (@theinquisitr) June 20, 2018
“Dog pee also has vitamin A in it, vitamin E in it, and it has 10 grams of calcium, and it’s also proven to help cure cancer.” The cancer-curing bit is incorrect, as you would have already assumed by now. The woman then concluded her video by saying that this is the reason why she's prettier than the rest of us. Urine Therapy is not an uncommon practice, though it is frowned upon.

According to New York Post, drinking human or animal body waste, which is what we know as urine therapy, was practiced in ancient Rome, Greece, and Egypt. However, despite advocates insisting the practice has several health properties, experts seem to agree that digesting the liquid that the body itself considers waste is potentially harmful. Joy McCarthy, a holistic nutritionist, said that dog urine could contain a lot of harmful substances, like herbicides that are used for treating gardens lawns.
They go out to the lawns and roam around, and they might ingest all of this which is then excreted by the dog through their urine. She said, “Herbicides have been detected in dog’s urine, likely from herbicide-treated lawns, antibiotics, and hormones, so I really don’t know that it’s the safest choice.” The U.S. army also advises its troops to not drink their own urine in survival situations, even if they are dehydrated, due to the liquid potentially containing “harmful body waste.”
A lot of people on social media were left baffled. They didn't quite know how to react to something like this. Domnic Patafio commented: I'd rather have a face full of pimples - and how did she 1st find that out? She just drank it for fun and came to that conclusion? Ann Fassetta asked: I’d be more interested in knowing how she decided the first time to actually drink her dogs P. Who looks at their dog and think wow that looks good I’ll drink that.
Surprisingly, there are people willing to give it a shot, too. Jennifer Smith wrote: After the state of my Face the last two weeks I might just consider it. But Crystal Graham wasn't going to fall for it as she wrote: I'll just be one pimply faced chick, because I'm not drinking dog pee, at least not on purpose. Corey LD McBryde added: Just eat right and constantly replenish the water in your system. Get off of animal products entirely. This is no different than consuming steaks, hamburgers, seafood, and milk, cheese, or any type of animal products. If you drink dairy milk you are drinking puss, mucous, and blood that has been treated.
