These comics seem to unravel the real reason why cats are superior to dogs, but wait for it, there's an unexected twist at the end!
It is a neverending debate when it comes to cats and dogs. Are cats better, or are dogs? Cat parents strongly believe that their pets are much better, while dog parents will go down arguing than believe it! People also say that one can only be either a cat person or a dog person, but never both. Pet Foolery, the person behind the popular Pixie and Brutus comic strip has now come up with a comic strip to clarify any doubt people may have on who's the superior pet here.
One look at the comic and it is so evident that this fight is not going to go down well because cats are the clear winner here. On the cover itself, it says: All the reasons cats are superior to dogs. And we all know how that's going to end, right? At least, we think we do. On the first slide, it says this is designed by humans.
Moving on to the first comic: It says cats can clean themselves, which means they don't stink, unlike dogs that need a little bit of help from humans. But, if you think about it, it's a fun chore to do, to be able to bathe your dog. It shows you're loved and needed, unlike a cat?
Cats don't bark or make a lot of noise, hence proving they're very quiet and best to have around. Dogs, on the other hand, bark at anything and everything. Does this mean they're not as good as cats are? Hey, dogs let us know if something seems spooky!
Cats are mostly of the same size, unlike dogs. So even when they curl up on your lap, they don't really take a lot of space, just enough to keep them and yourself comfortable. Sadly, I have to agree with Pet Foolery when they say dogs don't know their own size and even the biggest breeds sometimes think they're lap dogs.
The fourth strip shows how cats are just beautiful because they're so clean and sorted in life, but dogs are dumb and stinky. But, that's not the point here. Initially, it said this was completely designed by humans, as they have finally agreed cats are superior, but what's that paw sticking out? It seems like a PAW is completing the illustration!
Oh well, look what we have here! It was a cat, orchestrating the whole thing, just to prove a point. What does this say? While cats think they're superior and that all of us must worship them, this brings us nowhere in the cat-dog debate. We are now back to square one!
