You can now have a limitless view of the sky and the sea, as well as an opportunity for the perfect Insta post!
Work can be stressful, sometimes we need a break to relax and rejuvenate. We need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and go to a place where we can truly connect with ourselves. There's no better place to do that than a coastal area. But, sometimes, going there alone can be a drag, unless you're the type that enjoys solitude. There's honestly nothing more calming and soothing than the crashing of waves with the wind in your hair and the sand in between your toes. But, imagine if you were able to lay right above the ocean and gaze at the stars. Sounds like a dream? Well, dreams do come true!
The Grand Park Kodhipparu in the Maldives is now turning that dream into a reality for merely $400 a night! It's something to boast of, definitely on social media, so that you can make your friends jealous while you soak in some vitamin sea. The resort has around 120 villas, each of which comes equipped with a private pool and a net so that you can laze around with the picturesque location around you!
Of course, it makes complete sense that the resort has become a popular tourist destination among celebrities and influencers alike. To get there, Grand Park Kodhipparu is a 20-minute boat ride away from the capital of the Maldives. The resort also has three restaurants, so you're fairly spoilt for choice when it comes to food as well. If that wasn't enough, they also give you options to choose from for various outdoor excursions as well.
Wake up to the beautiful sunny day in the private ocean water villa, located near the island facilities and offers limitless views of the sky and sea, reads the hotel's website. Also features a private terrace with sun lounger, inviting steps to the underwater world as well as an expansive bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. The villa also includes sun loungers, indoor and outdoor showers, a day bed, access to the reef and ocean, and a minibar. With all these facilities, does $400 seem like much?
This seemed like a great idea and people took to social media to share their views. Shelly Johnson wrote: So would love it, slept on my deck under the stars last week with the frogs singing. That would be so freaking great. Felicity Jane Ursula Murdoch already visited, apparently: I was there in Feb and it was monstrously hot. Beautiful, incredible...but I would not sleep without the blessings of air conditioning!
AdèleMiss Pixles wasn't really a fan of the whole idea: I fail to see the appeal myself and what are you actually paying for please?; bedding, a net and I dread to think about the holiday insurance you would need for this type of thing. Neither was Eleanor Orse,r who wrote: I would love this but never in a million years would I pay that much or close to that. Having another look at photos and see that the net bed is very visible to all the others I would hate to think of what you would hear and see from your neighbors. No thanks.
