A resident of Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, took to Facebook and posted an image that left animal lovers appalled.
It's shocking how some people even have the heart to torture helpless dogs. Sadly, there's no shortage of such ruthless beings and one heartbreaking incident bares witnesses for the same. A resident of Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, took to Facebook and posted an image that left animal lovers appalled. In the picture shared by Shazreen Othuman was a dog completely covered in green paint. According to The Animal Club, the pooch was spotted wandering the roads as it was crying and searching for food.
Othuman reportedly posted the pictures in an attempt to find the one responsible for the dangerous and cruel act. Anyone who has done this must be mentally ill. It is totally inhumane to think of doing such things, wrote the user according to La Repubblica. Sharing the picture, he revealed the dog was crying and was hungry. Furthermore, he urged people to come forward with any information they had about the perpetrators who might have been responsible for the dog's state. Even the Malaysian Association of Veterinary Pathology (MAVP) made it clear that "the paint is very dangerous for animals, it can also be lethal because it interrupts the respiratory system, causes nausea, dizziness, and allergies to the skin."
"In fact - they let us know through a press release - the poor dog is very ill, he has poisoned himself with the same paint," it was revealed. In an updated post, Othuman thanked the kind person who came to the dog's rescue and gave him a much-needed shower. Thanks to whoever who rescued him. I'm happy with my post now the dog got a shower and the factory is cleaned, he wrote. In the same post, he continued explaining how some were trying to cover up the story by saying that it was the dog who rolled over some paint. However, he sternly discarded this idea and posed some valid questions.
But the cover-up story that the dog roll over some paint is some bullshit and I don't buy those crap. How can a dog roll over paint or colored water and got his whole body coloured evenly? This is utter crap. No one with a right mind would believe that. So please stop this bullshit cover-up. Guess what, even the factory place where the dog was is all cleaned now. They can't admit that what they did was wrong but putting the blame on the poor dog is no good. He wrote, adding, If you can't keep the area clean and safe, no dogs or cats or chicken would have been colored. If the color can be washed easily then why is it still green? Well, I'm at least happy that my post has given some people good lesson to wash the dog and also wash their factory
Continuing to warn people, he shared: If this happens again I will not keep quiet. This is a warning. Not from me but from all with a heart. Addressing the ruthless act, one user Ritak Council wrote: This absolutely horrible! What is wrong with these monsters! That poor dog! This angers me and saddens me so much! How dare these evil monsters do this! I wish I could rescue this precious dog!! 😭😭😭😭 Others kindly offered their assistance and Kelly Franco was one of them who shared: Let us know if there is a way we can help. You have created lots of awareness and know its a matter of actually helping with his rescue. Is there a way you can temporarily bring it to your home or perhaps to get veterinary care?
