Rolling Stones announced their No Filter tour is back on after band's frontman said he was revving to go again.
Mick Jagger might have had a heart valve surgery in the first week of April but the 75-year-old showed no signs of slowing down as he grooved energetically in a 22-second video that shows him dancing to The Wombats’ song Techno Fan, CNN reported.
We need to start thinking about what kind of world we're going to leave behind for Mick Jagger https://t.co/t4cIMIwlYR— Amy Mackinnon (@ak_mack) May 16, 2019
The Rolling Stones had announced earlier this year that they were postponing the band’s tour after their frontman had to undergo surgery, "We apologize for any inconvenience this causes those who have tickets to shows but wish to reassure fans to hold onto these existing tickets, as they will be valid for the rescheduled dates." After the successful surgery, Jagger tweeted: Thank you, everyone, for all your messages of support, I’m feeling much better now and on the mend - and also a huge thank you to all the hospital staff for doing a superb job.

After Mick Jagger posted the video of him dancing and raring to go, Rolling Stones announced that the band’s No Filter tour is back on, and will kick off with two shows in Chicago on June 21 and 25. Mick Jagger can be seen doing some of his classic moves in an empty studio in the video.
Rolling Stones also confirmed that all the previously postponed cities were locked in with a new date being set for New Orleans. The band said all those who had booked tickets and were unable to make it for the rescheduled dates would be refunded. The band confirmed that classic hits such as Sympathy For The Devil and Paint It Black will feature on tour. No Filter tour will see the band play 17 concerts across North America with the final concert scheduled for Miami on August 31.

When the tour starts on June 21, it will only be two and a half months since Mick Jagger’s surgery. People just couldn’t get enough of his dance on social media and were in complete awe of the man who is set to turn 76 in two months. Naturally, social media was ablaze with comments. Twitter user @DannyFreisinger stated: Mick Jagger is 75 and this hurts my hips just watching. Savage. @sixfootcandy added: Mick Jagger dances like he’s 25 and I can’t put on skinny jeans without getting winded.

Another user called RJ_Fraser humorously said: He's 75 years old, what is this devilry? It was not just the netizens who were amazed by his dance moves post his recovery. His daughter Georgia May Jagger, too, had some encouraging words to say. She, too, replied to the video saying: Go Dadda! Music executive Tommy Mottola chimed in as well. “Bravo, the king is back," he said.

Wouldn’t it make so much sense if we all found out he’s literally the Devil? https://t.co/wcnPB7tShc
American pop rock band Maroon 5 also replied to the video, saying "#MovesLike...", a reference to their own song Moves Like Jagger that was dedicated to the Rolling Stones frontman, which was released in 2010.
Mick Jagger himself was initially very disappointed to be postponing the tour on account of his health, saying, “I will be working very hard to be back on stage as soon as I can." If his slick dance moves are anything to go by, it’s fair to say he is back!
