When a 31-year-old mom from Nigeria became pregnant for the second time little did she know that two adorable twins were on their way to make her life magical. Stacy gave birth to her two sons in late February and although they were born just minutes apart, they look nothing like each other except for their beautiful brown eyes. Daniel was blessed with dark skin and black curly hair just like his elder sister Demilade, 5. But his brother David was born albino which gave him a distinct pale white skin tone and golden hair. "We did not know about their differences while I was pregnant, the scan did not show such so it was a huge surprise and the most amazing moment when the first twin (Daniel) came out with black hair and the second twin (David) came out with gold hair," shared Stacey during an interview with Bored Panda.

"I had them through CS (C-section), so the doctors were like: 'It seems you are having totally unidentical twins.' Before I knew it, nurses started coming out to look at them," she continued. As expected the unique twins steal the show wherever their parents, father Babajide and mother Stacy, go. Witnessing the surprised and shocked reaction of people, their mother decided to share their cute journey with the world, through Instagram. Now the cuties, who are a little over 1, boast of a huge following on the picture-sharing platform as they have amassed over 18.9K followers. "There’re always side talks whenever we go out, people often wanna know how and what’s happening and maybe due to their cute and adorable nature, you just wanna come close to say hello," said Stacey.

Speaking to Bored Panda, the mother of three revealed how her husband priceless reaction to this unexpected occurrence when he first learned about it. "Their dad was really overwhelmed and immediately named My Twin 2 (David) ‘Golden,’ so he fondly calls him Mr. Golden," shared Stacey. "He was all overjoyed seeing his boys. He stood for more than 10 minutes staring at them and said he was just looking at God’s wonderful work and that they are his best gift ever."

The unique appearance of the twins has attracted the attention of many, including major kids' clothing brands. They have also received many modeling offers from the United Kingdom as well. The family is open to such opportunities and are now spreading awareness about albinism through their Instagram account. "We opened an account for them because we believe they have a story to tell to the world and also as a way of creating awareness," said Stacey who often gets asked which of the twins is actually hers. "They have two different amazing personalities, they are a year+ now, walking and very playful," she added.

"Daniel is more expressive while David is an observer. Both of them are highly inquisitive. Daniel is a foodie while David is quite picky; Daniel is extremely playful while David chooses moments; Daniel always likes to play the bigger brother role; they are both energetic," continued the doting mother. According to The National Organization for Albinism and Hypopigmentation, Albinism is an "inherited genetic condition that that reduces the amount of melanin pigment formed in the skin, hair and/or eyes." In the U.S. alone about one in 18,000 to 20,000 people have some form of albinism. The condition could cause various skin and vision complications, thus people with albinism are required to be extremely cautious of their surroundings. Now David has oculocutaneous albinism which gives him the distinct skin color and his cute blonde curls. Thankfully, he doesn't have any health issues, assured his mother.
