Three brothers have been accused of raping a 10-year-old girl in Kenner, Lousiana after she was left in their company. According to KHOU 11, 35-year-old twins Raul and Wilmer Paz Perez were taken into custody on Saturday, while their 31-year-old brother Elder Paz Perez still remains at large. "We don’t know where he is," revealed Lieutenant Michael Cunningham with the Kenner Police, per the New York Post. "He may be out of state." A release from the Kenner Police Department revealed that the three brothers have been charged with first-degree-rape of a victim under the age of 13 and the twins are currently being held at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center in Gretna without bond.

Reports state the three brothers were friends with the family of the 10-year-old girl they ruthlessly raped. Elder Paz-Perez was apparently dating the minor's mother and he and his brothers were living with the girl's family, including her two stepsiblings, a 15-year-old sister, when the alleged attack happened. Last Wednesday the three brothers were alone in the victim's home in Kenner when they tried to make sexual advances towards the child. They reportedly even offered her money in exchange for performing sexual acts. The young girl refused to comply and managed to lock herself in a bedroom, according to the New York Post. Other sources claim that the girl had locked herself inside a bathroom.

But one of the men managed to break the lock and enter the room. "After defeating the lock, the three entered the room, undressed the victim, held her down and sexually assaulted her," said Cunningham. Then days later, the girl opened up about the alleged sexual abuse to a relative who immediately reported the matter to authorities on Saturday. They managed to arrest Raul and Wilmer Paz-Perez later the same day, said police. Officers are still looking for Elder Paz-Perez, who is now wanted for an additional disturbing charge of a potential second victim- the girl's 15-year-old sister.

This came after the 10-year-old girl "made a disclosure" to the detectives about an incident that happened a few years ago and so officers are trying to find out if Elder Paz-Perez sexually assaulted the 15-year-old sister of the 10-year-old. According to the New York Post, the two stepsiblings of the victim is also being interviewed by detectives to see if they were subjected to the heinous sexual acts or not. Raul and Wilmer Paz Perez were reportedly living in the U.S. illegally and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainers revealed that both were originally from Honduras. But the immigration status for Elder remains unclear and police are now urging the public to help them find him.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Elder Paz-Perez is asked to contact the Kenner Police at (504) 712-2222 or Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111 or toll-free 1.877.903.7867

It is heartbreaking to hear news about people being so heartless and committing crimes against kids. Recently, an Oklahoma man was arrested after he sexually abused an infant. 22-year-old Brice Gage Watkins reportedly filmed himself sexually abusing a six-month-old child and distributing the horrific clip on social media, per Oklahoma City Police Department. U.S. Marshals and the Enid Police Department had been looking for Watkins for quite some time and they had previously urged the public to help them look for the suspect after announcing a cash reward of  $1,000 through Crime Stoppers if the information led to the man's arrest, reported New York Post.

Recently, the Enid Police Department announced that Watkins had been arrested. An Enid man who filmed himself sexually abusing a baby and distributing the video via social media has been arrested today by U.S. Marshals in Texas. Members of the USMS Lone Star Fugitive Task Force – Austin Division took Brice Gage Watkins, 22, into custody shortly before 3:30 p.m. EST at a known associate’s residence in the 200 block of Cordero Drive in San Marcos, Texas, they wrote in a Facebook post. He currently faces multiple charges due to his horrendous crimes, including a felony count of distributing child pornography, a count for manufacturing child pornography, and three counts of lewd acts with a child under 12.
