For their first public appearance together, Meghan and Harry were photographed along with their son at St George’s Hall at Windsor Castle on Wednesday morning.
The photograph that the world's been waiting for is finally out! The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped out with their baby boy two days after it was reported that Meghan Markle gave birth to a baby boy. For their first public appearance together, Meghan and Harry were photographed along with their son at St George’s Hall at Windsor Castle on Wednesday morning, near their Frogmore Cottage home, reports Time.
Meghan spoke about their bundle of joy during the appearance. “It’s magic, it's pretty amazing. I have the two best guys in the world so I’m really happy,” Markle said. “He has the sweetest temperament. He’s just been the dream, so it’s been a special couple of days.” They both laughed, as Harry said, "I don't know who he gets that from." Prince Harry was asked about parenting, and he said, "It's great. Parenting is amazing. It's only been two and a half days, three days, but we're just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy."
The new parents were asked who their baby boy resembles, to which Harry said, "Everyone says that babies change so much over two weeks. We're basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really. But his looks are changing every single day, so who knows."It also seemed like the paparazzi just could not get enough of that angelic face as they kept asking for more. To that, Harry joked, saying "He's already got a little bit of facial hair as well, wonderful," and Meghan was pictured laughing at it. Meghan added: "Thank you, everybody, for all the well-wishes and kindness, it just means so much."
Now that the first pictures of the royal baby are out, people are eagerly waiting to know what the couple has decided to name him. On Monday, at exactly 5:26 am, Meghan Markle gave birth to a healthy boy, weighing 7lbs 3oz. Official statements by the Palace mentioned Prince Harry was by her side the entire time. It is also understood that the birth took place in a hospital, unlike the initial home-birthing that was planned.
