Keanu Reeves Shows Up To Fan's House And Responds To Signboard Meant For Him In Heartfelt Gesture

Keanu Reeves wins the internet yet again by leaving a sweet note on a fan’s yard this week while driving to the set of 'Bill and Ted Face the Music' in Louisiana.

Actor Keanu Reeves once again showed everyone that he's one of Hollywood's most lovable personalities as he took the time and effort to personally respond to a public message by one of his fans in Louisana. Reeves arrived in Slidell, Louisiana, on Wednesday, to film the third installment of the 'Bill and Ted' franchise. Slidell residents Stacey Hunt and her 16-year-old son Ethan decided to put up a signboard on their front yard with the words "You're Terrific" written on it. This was a reference to Reeves' appearance at the E3 gaming conference in June, where he told everyone in attendance they, too, were breathtaking.

Barely a few hours after the family had put up the sign, they noticed a car pulling up and a few people stepping out to observe the sign more closely. That's when Ethan's mom Stacey, saw Keanu Reeves himself walking towards them. She was in utter disbelief when the Hollywood star came up to them and asked them if he could sign their poster. Ed Solomon, the screenwriter for Bill and Ted Face the Music was present in the scene and said that Reeves was crouching under the sweltering Louisana sun as he signed "Stacey, you're breathtaking!"

So yesterday this sign was out on a lawn on the way to set. Keanu jumped out of the car and did this, Solomon tweeted on Thursday. After that, Reeves went on to take a few photos with Stacey and her family. "What you read about him being such a great person with a great heart is true," Stacey told CNN. "At least that's what I think from my few minutes with him."

Stacey then went on Twitter and shared her story with the world. Wow! Yesterday was a dream come true! We knew Keanu Reeves was filming up the street so my son said we need to make a sign that says ‘you’re breathtaking’ so we did! she tweeted. A few cars stopped but then a car stopped and there he was!! He actually stopped! Oh my heavens!

This summer has been quite a busy and successful one for Reeves. He starred in the third installment of his action-thriller saga John Wick, and made a self-parodic cameo in the Netflix rom-com Always Be My Maybe and voiced Canadian stuntman Duke Caboom in Toy Story 4, all released to critical acclaim within the span of two months. The Matrix star has come a long way since first gaining recognition for his performance in River's Edge. As of July 2019,  Keanu Reeves' movies have made up to $2 billion gross domestically, and the actor's individual net worth is estimated at $360 million.

Now, Reeves is set to star in Bill & Ted Face the Music. It was way back in March when Hammerstone Studios announced that the production would begin this summer on a third installment of the"Bill & Ted" franchise, with Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter set to reprise their roles as the duo of metalhead slackers who travel through time. The movie will release on August 21, 2020. With another friendly gesture, fans are absolutely delighted with Reeves, both for his roles onscreen and his public personality.
