Demi Moore's "New Face" Leaves Fans Shocked. Some Of Them Find It "Scary"

"You can do anything you want to the outside, but if the inside isn't looking or feeling good, then I don't know if anything you do on the outside is going to be good enough," she once said, when asked about her opinion on plastic surgery.

Demi Moore's latest runway appearance has sparked rumors of the 58-year-old actress going under the knife because her face looks extremely different, almost "unrecognizable". According to Mirror, the star walked in the Fendi show at Paris Fashion Week in January, where she rocked a black off-the-shoulder jacket with long sleeves and matching trousers, which she donned with an enormous pair of earrings. Hawk-eyed fans immediately noticed that there was simply something different with her face, especially around her cheek-bones which looked rather well-defined.

People had a lot to say about her face. One person shared: The pressure these women must feel to remain young and current that makes them do this to their face is mad. Demi Moore was absolutely beautiful. A second person added: What happened to her beautiful face? There are so many women in her position and age group that don’t do this to themselves! I’m not even a little against enhancements to slow the look of time or plastic surgery etc. but this is just a bad job. Very sad. Another commented: Demi Moore was stunningly attractive and would still be gorgeous today as a mature woman. I really don’t understand why women have to do these things.

This is not the first time that Moore has been surrounded by rumors of cosmetic surgery, according to Today Online. In 2003, multiple reports suggested that Demi had spent close to $250,000 on plastic surgery to transform her face and body for her appearance in Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle. However, she clarified that she would never choose to go under the knife in an interview with French Marie Claire back in 2007, she refuted those reports, saying that she had “never” had any cosmetic surgery. “I don't like the idea of having an operation to hold up the aging process — it's a way to combat your neurosis," the mother of three said then.

“The scalpel won’t make you happy." But she also said she “would never judge those who have”, saying: “If it’s the best thing for them, then I don’t see a problem.” Three years later, she admitted to getting a procedure done but confirmed that it wasn't on her face. Meanwhile, PEOPLE reports that Demi Moore has always been someone who knows that beauty starts from within, and has always been open about her skincare routine. While speaking on a Goop panel with founder Gwyneth Paltrow back in 2019, Moore said she doesn't "have any super big secret," but noted, "I definitely think beauty starts on the inside."

"You can do anything you want to the outside, but if the inside isn't looking or feeling good, then I don't know if anything you do on the outside is going to be good enough," she continued. Moore also added, "I think my biggest thing is really that less is more, as it's much easier to keep a routine going if we keep it simple, so it's doable."  Let's get real, the showbiz is tough and they all need to be at the top of their game. The thing is, there are several celebrities who have gone under the knife to correct what they think are their flaws, but Demi Moore's procedure seemed botched and that's what's concerned people.
