'Christmas Vacation' To Hit The Big Screens For Its 30th Anniversary Celebrations

'Tis the season to be jolly and the holidays seem to just be giving you more and more reasons to celebrate. It's about to get even better because National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, one of the all-time Christmas greats, is making a reappearance on the big screen 30 years since it first came out. One of the best movies when it comes to feeling the Christmas vibes is all set to hit the big screens once again so that people of our generation can experience the magic like our previous generation got to. Undoubtedly, Christmas Vacation is one of the few holiday-special movies that has definitely stood the test of time, because people of all age groups love the movie and appreciate it.



 

 

The movie was released on December 1st, 1989, and 2019 marks 30 years of it, reports 103 GBF. Years have passed—30 to be exact—and this movie has become a Christmas classic with people coming together to spend time together and to watch and re-watch this movie together! AMC Theatres will air National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation for one week in honor of its 30th anniversary. The movie will also be shown in Evansville during the week of 12/6 to 12/12. It recently added to its website an entire ceramic village that is inspired by the movie for 2019's holiday season.
