'Friends' Is Hitting Theaters For Its 25th Anniversary And It's The One We've Been Waiting For

More than 1,000 theater screens across the country will feature four episodes per night on September 23, 28, and October 2. The episodes that'll be screened are those that have been newly remastered in 4K from the original 35mm camera negative.

It was May 6, 2004 was when all of us got to see the six of them huddled over a table at our favorite cafe in New York City for one last time. However, it looks like Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Chandler, Joey, and Ross will gather at Central Perk once again to celebrate their 25th anniversary, that too, in a very big way!

Fans of the series (I mean everyone) will be able to relive the magic created by Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer, and Matt LeBlanc in movie theaters for a special screening of 12 iconic episodes over three nights this fall, according to Entertainment Weekly
