Beth Chapman Dies At 51 After Battle With Cancer: "She Hiked The Stairway To Heaven"

The 'Dog the Bounty Hunter' star was recently placed in a medically-induced coma. Her husband took to Twitter to announce the news of her tragic death.

The iconic Beth Chapman, famous for her television series Dog the Bounty Hunter, has sadly passed away after a relentless fight against a deadly stage II throat cancer. She was initially diagnosed with cancer in 2017 but was recently hospitalized. On Saturday, June 22, Beth was admitted to Hawaii’s Queen’s Medical Center and placed in a medically-induced coma. Though friends, family, and fans hoped for the best, the Chapman family was preparing for the worst. Beth's husband Duane 'Dog' Chapman took to social media platform Twitter to announce her death. He posted: It’s 5:32 in Hawaii, this is the time she would wake up to go hike Koko Head mountain. Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven. We all love you, Beth. See you on the other side.

Messages of heartfelt condolences have already started pouring in from dedicated fans of the Chapman family. RMcRoberts79 stated on Twitter: My heart goes out to you and all the kids. Beth, we will miss you. I never understood why people get so upset for celebrities passing. Now I know because I idolized you so very much! I'm so sorry Dog, please keep your faith up and always stay a good man like she wanted. MrsForrett added: I don't know what to say. I am so heartbroken for all of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. We love you, Beth. Fly high, beautiful angel.
