A fan in China was so distraught after watching the movie she had to be hospitalized. The News International reported that the fan in China, 21-year-old Xiaoli, cried so hard at the end of the movie that she started hyperventilating. She reportedly started having trouble breathing and had to be rushed to the hospital to be given oxygen. “I saw that the patient had been breathing heavily, and according to the description from her peers, we thought that her crying had caused ‘hyperventilation,’ ” said an emergency doctor. “We immediately gave her oxygen and relaxed her emotions by appeasement, reducing her hyperventilation symptoms.” The woman went for the midnight show last Wednesday.
Avengers: Endgame is an unsurprising hit and has been breaking nearly every possible box office record there is. A culmination of 21 films and over a decade's worth of storytelling, it is no surprise that the latest Marvel movie has been evoking strong emotions in all its viewers. What is surprising though, is the physical impact it is having on some of the fans. There are many fans that have been through emotional and physical stress after watching the movie but not many incidents have been as serious as this one.
"After [we] observed her symptoms, we believed she had been crying and gasping too much, which led to shortness of breath," said Dr. Yuan Lian, who treated the patient. Xiaoli was given oxygen therapy which was administered by the doctors putting a mask on her face. The 21-year-old's condition improved in a short while. She is now perfectly healthy. The lady from China was not the only one who got extremely emotional because of the movie.

One moviegoer exiting the theater got beaten up by furious fans who were waiting in line to go and watch the next show. The group of furious fans attacked this person because he revealed the plot of the movie loudly after he had just watched it, giving out all the spoilers to anyone around him who was going for the very next show. According to Asia One, the man was left on the pavement outside a cinema in Hong Kong, and the picture of the man went viral soon after the incident took place. Some people on social media supported the three fans who attacked the man saying that he should have known better. Although most fans wouldn't take it lightly if someone spoilt their favorite movie for them, they said that they wouldn't have taken such drastic measures.
I was doing so well. Dodging all the potential threats of end game spoilers. Until some sinner of Satan's spawn, who is retaining his seed by force, decided to ruin it for attention. #HeDontKnowillFightHisMom if I see you at heavens doors, I'll 300 kick you to hell.
